Fire Alarm
Care


We will make servicing your fire alarm panel an effortless legal obligation for you. Our trained engineers will carry out your servicing in accordance with BS5839-1:2017 and offer you a cost effective way to ensure your sounders will activate if needed, giving you peace of mind.


Fire Extinguisher
Installation


The attending BAFE technician having scanned the wall suitability for services cables/pipes will then wall mount your fire extinguishers at the required height, specific to the size of fire extinguisher, using approved mounting brackets and fixings.


Fire Blanket
Basic Service


This maintenance plan allows for the Basic Service of your fire blankets to be carried out in accordance with the Fire Industry Association Code of Practice for Maintenance of Fire Blankets by our BAFE Registered Technicians.


Annual
Basic Service


Basic service refers to the ANNUAL maintenance of all fire extinguishers. This includes the checking of the quality and quantity of extinguishing media, ensuring the correct pressure of extinguisher or charge, correct operation of gauge (if fitted).  The extinguisher will be checked internally and/or externally for signs of damage or corrosion where appropriate.  Moving parts in operating mechanisms will be lubricated and any seals and o-rings will be replaced to ensure that should the extinguisher be used, the contents do not leak out of any joints when under pressure. The fire extinguisher will be re-assembled, new anti-tamper devices fitted, affix maintenance label, record maintenance procedures, and inspection report prepared with advise on the state of maintenance of the extinguisher. The condition of mounting bracket or stand will be inspected and problems rectified before returning the fire extinguisher to its proper location.
